Methdilazine Hydrochloride

Methdilazine hydrochloride is a phenothiazine derivative with antihistaminic and mild sedative properties used to treat pruritus (itching) associated with various dermatoses and to relieve symptoms of allergic reactions, including hives, runny nose, and sneezing. It works by acting as a histamine \(H_{1}\) receptor antagonist.
