Tradipitant

Tradipitant (brand name Nereus), approved by the FDA in December 2025, is a first-in-class neurokinin-1 (NK-1) receptor antagonist used to prevent motion-induced vomiting in adults. It works by blocking Substance P, a signaling molecule, to stop vomiting signals in the brain. Common side effects include drowsiness and headaches
